Loyalty Customers
Every 10th qualifying wash earns a FREE REGULAR WASH. If the customer chooses Premium or another higher eligible package, they pay only the difference after the Regular Wash value is deducted. The loyalty reward does not reduce crew commission.

Manage Crew
Add as many crew as you need. Disabling a crew keeps their old sales history intact.
Manage Vehicle Categories
Add or rename vehicle categories used on New Sale. Disabling a category hides it from future sales but keeps all old sales and pricing history.
After adding a new category, use Manage Services & Pricing below to add its Regular, Premium, or other service prices.

Crew Login Accounts
Each crew can sign in on their Android phone. New crew receive a one-time temporary password that they must replace at first sign-in.
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes on this device. Accounts are per device; use Backup → Merge to combine data from several phones.

Backup, Restore & Device Transfer
Move your business to a new phone or keep a safe copy. Encrypted backups include everything (sales, expenses, staff accounts, settings, branding) and are locked with a passphrase you choose. Plain backups hold business data only — no login accounts.
Moving to a new phone: on the old phone download an encrypted backup (or share it). On the new phone open the app, and on the sign-in screen tap Import data from another device. Combining two phones: import the other phone's backup and choose Merge. Activation codes are tied to each device — request a new code for the new phone.

Use CSV import to add old/backdated records in bulk. The POS checks each row first and skips rows with missing or invalid required information.
Sales required: Date, Size, Service, SellingPrice and at least one Crew. Optional: Vehicle, Customer, Tip, Payment, DiscountReason, LoyaltyPromo, CentralizedTips. Crew names can be separated by |, comma, or semicolon. Expenses required: Date, Category, Amount.
Offline-only storage is enabled. All sales, expenses, settings and reports are saved on this device. Download backups regularly, especially before clearing browser data or changing devices.
